Wendy J. Miller, Senior Associate & Certified Field Trainer
I began my career in the financial industry in 2014 at a nationwide bank, where I loved building rapport and trust with clients. After eight years, the branch closed, which led me to obtain my life and health insurance license in Texas. Working alongside Strong Capital Enterprises in Washington and Builders Integrity Group in Texas, I’m proud to put mission before commission. I’m now licensed in 10 additional states, with the goal of being licensed nationwide. I find true fulfillment educating people on strategies that help them achieve financial peace of mind. I’m not a salesperson—I’m a financial professional. It's about mission before commission...always.
On a personal note, I love escaping the Texas humidity, cheering on my bonus kids in all their activities, and spending time with my 9-year-old Labrador mix, Chipp (“Gator Bait”). I’m a military brat who settled in the town I graduated from and a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan, through thick and thin.
Shania Pringle, Associate Partner
I’m Shania Pringle, a Financial Professional with J. Miller Financial Services, proudly licensed in South Carolina and able to expand to serve clients across all 50 states. This career has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life—second only to raising my four amazing children: three boys (21, 13, and 2) and my 5-year-old daughter. My oldest is currently in his third year of college and training as an officer with the Army National Guard, setting an inspiring example for his siblings.
My journey began as a stay-at-home mom simply looking for ways to contribute financially to my family. Along the way, I discovered strategies that not only strengthened my own household but also had the power to transform lives. Today, I am passionate about sharing that knowledge with others—empowering families to build generational wealth, create financial security, and gain peace of mind.
The most common feedback I hear from clients is, “I wish I had known about this sooner.” Helping people turn that realization into action is what drives me every day.
